Dalguise Chess 2006

We hope you enjoy the selection of picutres from when we played chess in the evening. The tournament was played in the dining hall where, just outside, the group photo was taken. The time control was 20 minutes per player per game with 2 rounds on Friday night and 4 on Saturday evening. The winner of the weekend was Matthew O'Donnell.
This is Geoff, a PGL instructor, apparently 'a 7 year old kid beat him last year and he's never recovered, he's been practising all year'. - The words of another PGL instructor!
Fraser, a PGL instructor, how he tried to win... the game lasted over 4 rounds on and off that i had with him! We are Frazers record breakers!
Fiona, arbiter of the event - thankyou!
